The original site is built in Beaux-Arts classical revival style by famed Philly architect, John Windrim. A vibrant settingįormerly the Delaware Power Station, The Battery is a US$154 million redevelopment initiative currently underway by Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds. The property is expected to open by the end of 2023. This new casino hotel named Riversuites will be set on the waterfront with views of Ben Franklin Bridge.
