Next, arrived in the room to find it warm. We stayed in many casino hotels throughout the country, and were surprised right away to find that valet parking for the hotel is not free. We booked this hotel rather than the casino-hotel we usually book in southern Indiana when we travel through the area to check it out. Sometimes too, even on pleasure trips, spouses just want to stay in the room or if you feel ill or something, at a large hotel like that, you do expect some form of in- room dining. They need to offer something, even if it is a room service continental breakfast and limited menu the rest of the day. As it is, they got none from me b/c I didn't want to go out for that long walk to the casino. I easily drop $20-30 on room service breakfast every trip, so they would make money on it. so I ended eating breakfast bar found in my suitcase and in- room coffee. I like breakfast easily available without having to get totally ready for the day.
Only problem is no room service- though I realize they want you to come over to the casino (long walk through nice passageways) to gamble but I was there for a small meeting. There is no food service right in the hotel without a really long walk to casino. Room was perfectly clean, had a large end room, long walk down hall but it was big, and very quiet. It has a beautiful lobby and everyone is very pleasant and helpful.
